While in North Carolina, Alice served on the executive committee of the NC Chapter of the ASLA, as member-at-large and secretary and on the continuing education committee of the NC Board of Landscape Architects. She is currently a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and Boston Society of Landscape Architects. After relocating to New England, she opened EarthDesign in 2005.
